I’ve been at Meyer Levin for nearly 11 years because I believe in the potential of every student and I love being part of a community that supports their growth. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment for our students. My goal is to help them be courageous in facing challenges, collaborative in working with others, creative in problem-solving, and competent in mastering skills. Ultimately, my hope is that by the time students graduate 8th grade, they leave here feeling confident, capable, and prepared to succeed in whatever comes next.

1. Why do you teach or serve the Meyer Levin Community? I teach at Meyer Levin because it is more than just a school to me—it’s where I found my sense of purpose and direction. As a former student, Meyer Levin played a pivotal role in shaping who I am today, and now, as a paraprofessional, I want to give back by guiding students in the same way. I’m deeply committed to fostering their growth both academically and emotionally, empowering them to navigate challenges with courage, and supporting their social-emotional development. 2. What is your vision for your students? My vision is to see my students thrive as individuals and as members of a community. Through a focus on the 5 C’s—courage, collaboration, community, culture, and competition. I want to inspire them to face their challenges with confidence, work together towards shared goals, and take pride in their cultural backgrounds. I aim to create a supportive, inclusive environment where students learn not only from their books but from each other, preparing them for both academic success and real-world challenges. I also encourage them to develop a healthy competitive spirit, helping them reach their full potential, whether in sports or academics.
